At BRIAR Tea, we take pride in delivering exceptional quality teas. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
- If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of tea, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
📦 Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or a short video of:
- The outer packaging
- The product
- The invoice or shipping label
- Please email the details to [email protected].
Once verified, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- Replacement of the product
- Full or partial refund
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Minor variations in taste, aroma, color, or texture
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
💰 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred at our end.
